The primary objective of this site
is to serve our membership and improve communications. The Duluth
Lakers Hockey Association seeks to provide a community and
volunteer-driven program to promote the growth and development of
boys and girls hockey in the city of Duluth. The Duluth Lakers
Hockey Association works to promote a fun, fair, and safe
environment that maximizes participation and improves players’
skills while developing sportsmanship, teamwork, and
self-confidence. |

Mission
Statement: |
|
The purpose of
this organization will be to provide the means by which children
will be able to enjoy, learn, and play the game of hockey. |
|
To this end, the Association is dedicated: |
- To promoting the
playing of hockey by all children who wish to participate.
- To maintaining
rinks and suitable facilities for the playing of hockey.
- To providing
equipment as the Directors choose to help lower the cost to
families involved in hockey.
- To providing
coaches and instructions to make hockey enjoyable and educational.
- To soliciting,
receiving, holding and expending funds for such purposes.
